Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and Ultimate Packing for using the service.

The short version

In short: Ultimate Packing is run by a small UK business. You can use it on a free plan or pay for a higher one, billed to your team. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We look after the service with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will never have problems. Your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and accepting these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ultimate Packing (the “Service”), provided by Arrow Web Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 07678606, with its registered office at 2 Apple Tree Close, Dalston, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA5 7LQ. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a team, you confirm you are authorised to bind that team.

2. What the service does

Ultimate Packing lets you build a library of packing items, tag them by trip type and temperature, assemble trips (events), and tick items off as you pack, together, in real time, scoped to your team. We may change, add or remove features over time, and will give reasonable notice of any significant change.

3. Accounts & teams

You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. The Service is organised around teams: content is shared within a team, and team admins manage membership, roles and billing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or to infringe other people’s rights;
  • store other people’s personal data without a lawful basis; if you add details about other people you pack for, keep it to a minimum, such as a name or a label;
  • attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service;
  • reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service except as the law allows;
  • misuse the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

The Service offers a free plan (Day Pack) and paid plans (Weekender and Expedition), each with its own limits. Paid plans are billed to your team on a recurring basis through Stripe. Live prices are shown in the in-app billing area before you subscribe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel any time from the in-app billing area; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Cooling-off: as a consumer you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. By starting a paid subscription straight away you agree the Service begins immediately; if you cancel within the cooling-off period after the Service has begun, we may charge for what you have used.
  • Price & plan changes: we may change prices or plan limits on reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the Service (your item library, trips, profiles and related data). You grant us the limited rights we need to host, process and display that content in order to run the Service for you and your team. You are responsible for making sure you are entitled to store any personal data you add about other people.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Arrow Web Solutions Ltd and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8. Availability & support

We are a small business and we look after the Service with reasonable care. We aim to keep it available and working, using reasonable efforts, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level.

Support is by email only, on a best-effort basis. We do not offer 24/7 support or a guaranteed response time, beyond the statutory timelines that apply to data-protection requests.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Ultimate Packing is a packing aid; you are responsible for what you actually pack.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you are a business customer and need a Data Processing Agreement, we can provide one on request; email help@ultimatepack.app.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or to protect the Service or other users. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends, and we handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
